 AirAsia New Executive Chairman

 I saw this news in NSTP paper online,, and it is very interesting to know how AirAsia keep on their succeed in aviation part. In the beginning, co- founders of AirAsia Bhd, Datuk Kamarudin Meranun and Tan Sri Tony Fernandes plan to lead the charge to turn some of Malaysia's secondary airports into hubs in their own right. Thus, as we know the large based in Jakarta, Indonesia over the past 12th month, took more control in running AirAsia with Kuala Lumpur being made the based to manage the AirAsia group. AirAsia had seen its net profit tumble by 61.9 per cent to RM58.35 milion compared with RM153.13 milion a year ealier in the second quater ended June 2013 despite a 5.48 per cent sales growth.

So, with that situation he take the responsibility to bring up AirAsia to the next level. 

" One of my core roles is to engage with the government" Kamarudin said. 

Then, he added that he will also handle all the external issues, most notably new Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2. 

What I've learnt that, it is not easy to be an successful and we have learn and learn again. Do not loss your mind if come any problems but try to grab it as a road to be the best. Last but not least, grab the opportunity  as much as you can!!!

As you see above, this five Generic Competitive Strategy are the main for a company's competitive strategy deals exclusively with the specific of management's. i will give one example from strategy based on differentiation where it concentrating on a narrow buyer segment and out competing rivals by offering niche members customized attributes that meet their tastes and requirement better than rival's products. it is a well-known travel company; POTO Travel and Tours,,
in your information, this company also can conduct for perform an umrah package too. what i want to say here is the services to customers really great and differ from others travel company. in other side, they also give a special promotion price to folks or eldest in every part of places. this is their strategy to attract any range of age to travel with them.

 Robinhood..Robinhood..a nice case study after all. Although the vocabulary is quite high..but really interesting. Can you imagine, he a robber? Rob the rich and give to the poor..is it a good strategist..of course not!!! He used others to make a vision completed..to kill the Sheriff. OH MY GOD>>  

How to become a good strategist???

Hahhhh..you have to learn more about strategic management subject...

 As you can see, it is not easy to be a leader to conduct an organization . You must have a positive thinking and bear in mind "NOT NEGATIVE THINKER".. Then, make your employees as a partner..not your COOLIE.. and so on..

the process in strategic management..

 Assalamualaikum,, hye>>

    Hehe.. this is my first time in my life writing in this blog. I am really excited and sometimes a bit nervous,, but what to do??  I just need to calm and relax .:)  Then, before I forget, what is your feeling today?? I hope it will be fine,great and may Allah bless all of you... Back to the hierarchy up there, as you can see it is really clear right?? started with the peak; vision and mission. In our life all of us must own their specific vision and mision. If you agree,, put up your hand.. hehehe.,ehhmm just a bit hilarious. Vision and mission are connected with each other,,if only have a vision, then we are just like dreaming in a day like " Angan-angan Mat Jenin". So, we have to make our dream come true>>>>. 

     Search the SWOT and build a strategies. Find it variously and better if you can think out of the box, because in our industry we have to fight with too many competitors, if you loose it..then you will be abandon. Really scared~~ to make it comfortable, practice from now!!! like study with a beautiful strategies...  
  

       Last but not least, take an actions to all of you have done..InsyaAllah all of our plan or management will be the best among the best!!!! Try it yourself..huhu
