Samsung Engineering in Kerteh

Assalamualaikum w.b.t 

This week, i found that really information about development business will be built at the Kerteh Industrial Complex, it is a big collaboration with Petronas Carigali Sdn.Bhd (PCSB) and Hess, a US energy company. The objectives is to carry out gas terminal development project.  

In other words, this plant will eliminate impurities such as carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide from natural gas extracted offshore and produce gas at large-scale of 700 milion cubic feet per day. 

Samsung Engineering has in September received the letter of award for the project, which will be conducted on a lump sum turnkey basis for engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning. 

Lastly, the project is expected to be completed in June 2016. :) 

corporate culture~

this time, we will move to the part of corporate culture which means it can reflect the attitude and beliefs and also values of a business. it also can influence to how the relationship between the manager and workers, it also relates to the outsider from the organization like suppliers, investor and etc. So, as the top management we must set the very good culture for our organization to make sure that our employees feel happy and like to work under our company without any hesitate. :)

wlcme again to my next entry,,hehehe,
before this we had a sharing moments with a wonderful founder od O-SHIMA JAPANESE RESTAURANT,,  That's a lot of experience and information that i got from her sharing. it is not easy to built a business especially in japanese restaurant, because not all people in Malaysian can accept the cuisine from East country. major of the food is non cooked, so it is contrast with our country that all the food is cooked. For, O-SHIMA JAPANESE RESTAURANT that is one of the challenges to overcome. Then, the difficult they had face is the Halal certificate,,it takes along process and lastly they got it. So, what we can learnt from that is dont easily give up and try to take that as your challenges to be the best.

Apple unveils Joint Venture service for business owners

Apple on Thursday launched Joint Venture, a new program that offers personal training, specialized support, loaner Macs, and other premium services to businesses.

Joint Venture is similar to Apple’s One to One service, but tailored for the needs of businesses. The program is available when purchasing a new .Mac; packages start at supporting five systems for $499 per year. For that price, Apple Business Team personnel will help businesses get their Macs, iPads, and iPhones set up, including transferring data from PCs and installing any additional software purchased from either Apple’s retail or online stores.

Each of the five eligible systems can include a Mac, up to two Cinema Displays, one iPhone, one iPod, one iPad, and Apple-branded peripherals like a mouse, keyboard, trackpad, and a storage device. Additional systems can be added to a Joint Venture account for a prorated fee based on the number of new systems and months left in the current contract. The maximum number of systems Apple supports on a single account is 100, and you can add previously purchased systems within 14 days of signing up for Joint Venture.

In addition, you can schedule up to three two-hour sessions of training for your employees at an Apple Store (there’s no mention of on-site training). Sessions can cover topics like using the iPhone and iPad for business and how to create more engaging presentations with Keynote. Monthly workshops are available throughout the year to cover the basics of getting started with Apple’s devices, as well as to help IT departments support Apple products in business environments.

Joint Venture also offers a few premium support options not available to consumers. For example, members can speak to Apple Geniuses over the phone for general support or to check on part stock and the status of a repair. If they bring Apple products into a store, the staff can run diagnostics, system updates, and even clean your keyboard and display. Plus, Apple will offer a loaner MacBook Pro or MacBook Air, loaded with standard Mac OS X software and Microsoft Office, while your business’s machine is in the shop. Businesses also get a private Website to manage their Joint Venture accounts, including scheduling support requests, adding team members, and registering new systems.

This is an interesting, though not entirely unexpected, move for Apple. The company has made dramatic moves in the business realm lately, having discontinued the Xserve last November, as well as announcing that the server features of Mac OS X Lion have been incorporated into the client version. When Lion ships this summer, there will be just a single version available to purchase.

But the Mac, iPhone, and iPad are still steadily making their way into businesses, a trend largely contributed to their grassroots appeal. Apple COO Tim Cook, for example, is fond of citing the high percentages of prominent corporations that have adopted or piloted iOS devices. Given that appeal, it’s only logical that the company is making a serious effort to help small-to-medium businesses integrate its core products into their everyday operations.

So, after we had read the article about we actually can know that joint ventures give a lot of benefits to we gain more profit and attract our customers.

 AirAsia New Executive Chairman

 I saw this news in NSTP paper online,, and it is very interesting to know how AirAsia keep on their succeed in aviation part. In the beginning, co- founders of AirAsia Bhd, Datuk Kamarudin Meranun and Tan Sri Tony Fernandes plan to lead the charge to turn some of Malaysia's secondary airports into hubs in their own right. Thus, as we know the large based in Jakarta, Indonesia over the past 12th month, took more control in running AirAsia with Kuala Lumpur being made the based to manage the AirAsia group. AirAsia had seen its net profit tumble by 61.9 per cent to RM58.35 milion compared with RM153.13 milion a year ealier in the second quater ended June 2013 despite a 5.48 per cent sales growth.

So, with that situation he take the responsibility to bring up AirAsia to the next level. 

" One of my core roles is to engage with the government" Kamarudin said. 

Then, he added that he will also handle all the external issues, most notably new Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2. 

What I've learnt that, it is not easy to be an successful and we have learn and learn again. Do not loss your mind if come any problems but try to grab it as a road to be the best. Last but not least, grab the opportunity  as much as you can!!!

in your information, this company also can conduct for perform an umrah package too. what i want to say here is the services to customers really great and differ from others travel company. in other side, they also give a special promotion price to folks or eldest in every part of places. this is their strategy to attract any range of age to travel with them.

 Robinhood..Robinhood..a nice case study after all. Although the vocabulary is quite high..but really interesting. Can you imagine, he a robber? Rob the rich and give to the poor..is it a good strategist..of course not!!! He used others to make a vision completed..to kill the Sheriff. OH MY GOD>>  

How to become a good strategist???

Hahhhh..you have to learn more about strategic management subject...

 As you can see, it is not easy to be a leader to conduct an organization . You must have a positive thinking and bear in mind "NOT NEGATIVE THINKER".. Then, make your employees as a partner..not your COOLIE.. and so on..

    Hehe.. this is my first time in my life writing in this blog. I am really excited and sometimes a bit nervous,, but what to do??  I just need to calm and relax .:)  Then, before I forget, what is your feeling today?? I hope it will be fine,great and may Allah bless all of you... Back to the hierarchy up there, as you can see it is really clear right?? started with the peak; vision and mission. In our life all of us must own their specific vision and mision. If you agree,, put up your hand.. hehehe.,ehhmm just a bit hilarious. Vision and mission are connected with each other,,if only have a vision, then we are just like dreaming in a day like " Angan-angan Mat Jenin". So, we have to make our dream come true>>>>. 

     Search the SWOT and build a strategies. Find it variously and better if you can think out of the box, because in our industry we have to fight with too many competitors, if you loose it..then you will be abandon. Really scared~~ to make it comfortable, practice from now!!! like study with a beautiful strategies...  
  

       Last but not least, take an actions to all of you have done..InsyaAllah all of our plan or management will be the best among the best!!!! Try it yourself..huhu
